CHICKEN WINGS IN SICHUAN SAUCE

- Amoy Sichuan Spicy Noodle Soup Mix - 1 tbsp.
- Amoy Hoi Sin Sauce - 1 tbsp.
- Crushed yellow bean sauce - 1 tbsp.
- Amoy Blended Sesame Oil - 1/2 tsp.
- Chicken powder - 1/2 tsp.
- Pepper - A pinch
- Rose wine - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Instructions
- Rinse chicken wings and drain.
- Marinade with seasonings for half a day.
- Deep-fry in boiling oil to golden-brown.
