Anchor Foods has been a family-owned business with its headquarters located in Richmond, B.C. since 1980. The Leung family started the company with a few commodities. Today, the company is proud to serve its nationwide customers with specialty gourmet foods from around the world.

Over the years, Anchor Foods has demonstrated excellent business growth and obtained sole distributorships of various ISO manufacturers' products.  To facilitate the enormous growth for high-quality foods, Anchor Foods purchased its present location in 1999 to achieve maximum efficiency in logistics and distribution along with commercial-sized display freezers and walk-in coolers. These enable the company to ensure that all frozen products are maintained in their optimum temperature once the products are transferred from the dock right into these temperature-controlled chambers.

The continuous growth in the demand of quality foods in North America and beyond is the drive behind the company's goal of unyielding search for high-quality products around the world and strong connections with major suppliers to develop and maintain outstanding product quality. The company continues to market its products to customers from coast to coast.
