Chicken in Mustard and All Purpose Marinade

Whole chicken 1 piece, Cucumber 1 piece

Amoy All Purpose Marinade 1 bottle (485ml), Water 4 cups (1L)

Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce 4 tbsp, Amoy Zhen Jiang Spare Rib Marinade 6 tbsp, Wasabi 1 tbsp, Sesame Oil 1 tbsp, Brown sugar 2 tbsp, Chicken marinade 2 tbsp, Sichuan pepper oil 1/2 tbsp, Chicken powder 1 tsp, Minced garlic 1 tbsp


  1. Bring marinade to boil, soak chicken in the boiling marinade for 25 minutes. Dish up and cut into pieces. Remaining sauce is used as chicken marinade.
  2. Mix seasonings well.
  3. Cut cucumber into pieces, add some seasonings and put on plate as garnish.
  4. Pour the remaining seasoning over chicken and serve as cold appetizer after chill.
